Weather resistant wicker is a special category. Using a variety
of synthetic or specially coated materials, this furniture can
be difficult to distinguish from that made of natural reed.
While weather-resistant wicker is designed to be used outdoors,
many buy it for screened-in porches, sunrooms or even special
indoor rooms simply because it's designed to last. Most often,
the frames of this type of furniture will be made from aluminum.
However, the wicker may be any one of a number of materials,
such as extruded resin, natural reed with heavy duty outdoor
